Inspector Rex (season 1)

During a rooftop bomb explosion, Rex's trainer is killed by suspect. Rex refuses to eat or drink. Inspector Richard Moser feels sorry for him, and so begins their partnership when Rex uncovers a crucial clue in the investigation
